The Badass BBQ has been feeding West Cork since 2018, carrying on the legendary legacy of Frankie's Badass Burgers. Every Saturday at Skibbereen Farmers Market, Alex Nowotynski and the team serve up gourmet burgers, loaded breakfasts, and the kind of food people drive across the county for.
Beyond the market, The Badass BBQ caters weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties — with both a food truck and a full tent setup available across West Cork, Cork County, and throughout Ireland for larger events.
West Cork beef, Gubbeen cheese, Allshires pork, Shehymore eggs, and Field's Bakery buns. Because what goes into the food matters as much as what comes off the grill.
